Overview
We are seeking a data-driven and collaborative Senior Compensation Analyst to join our Global Total Rewards team. This role plays a critical part in designing, analyzing, and administering compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate talent across our global manufacturing organization.
This is an excellent opportunity for a compensation professional who enjoys partnering with HR and business leaders, leveraging market data, and driving impactful pay decisions in a complex, fast-paced environment.
This role is hybrid and required to be onsite at the headquarters in Irving, TX three days per week.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide consultative support on compensation-related matters.
- Market price jobs and analyze competitive data to ensure appropriate leveling within the salary structure.
- Assist with administration of annual compensation processes including merit, bonus, and sales incentives.
- Participate in compensation surveys and manage market data within BetterComp.
- Conduct compensation analyses including market assessments, cost modeling, and pay equity reviews.
- Analyze new jobs and reclassification requests to appropriately determine FLSA exemption status.
- Create and maintain compensation reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses.
- Maintain and audit compensation data within HRIS systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Document processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support stock plan administration.
- Assist with special projects and broader Total Rewards initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
- 3+ years of compensation experience; global and/or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced Excel proficiency (complex formulas, modeling, data analysis).
- Experience working with HRIS systems such as SAP and survey management tools such as BetterComp, MarketPay or PayFactors.
- Solid understanding of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and FLSA regulations.
- CCP certification or progress toward CCP preferred.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to manage sensitive information.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
