Overview:

Learning Facilitator ensures 24/7 Team are effectively using unit procedures, best practices are implemented, and incident learnings are applied to prevent drift or (re)occurrence. This position will cover the Acid Recovery, Waste Treatment, and Utilities (operations and maintenance) processes.

Responsibilities:

Learning Facilitator ensures 24/7 Team are effectively using unit procedures, best practices are implemented, and incident learnings are applied to prevent drift or (re)occurrence. This position will cover the Acid Recovery, Waste Treatment and Utilities (operations and maintenance) processes.

Tracking of employee training and solicitation of additional training needs.

Updates of procedures based upon best practices and incident learnings.

Develop and revise training materials.

Managing state monitored documents for waste treatment.

Managing ISO documents for Acid Recovery.

Lead in field review of procedures with 24/7 Team, Manufacturing Expert and Stewardship Leader.

Field evaluation of procedure usage.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
5+ years of manufacturing experience.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to work with many different work groups.
Strong communication skills.
